Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop - Day 6

Hello, everyone!  It's Day 6 of the Fall Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop! I just can't help myself - I love making coffee and tea cards, especially when they include a cat or a cute critter! Before I share today's card, I would like to welcome two new followers - fairyhollowcreations Marsden and Kelly Deal - thank you for joining me!

Are you participating in the Fall Coffee Lovers' Blog HopYou still have time! Just link up a newly created fall-themed project that focuses on coffee, tea, or cocoa. The linky is open until 11:59 p.m. Pacific on Friday, October 2. Hope to see you there! And remember... it's a blog hop, so commenting is encouraged and greatly appreciated!

Today I've used a cute kitty peeking out of a stack of teacups from Super Sponsor Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Feline Great. I coloured the image with watercolor markers, fussy-cut, and popped up with foam tape.  I used a craft knife to cut inside the cup handles. The white background is embossed with Darice - Leaves Assorted Patterns. I hand-cut a number of banners from patterned paper scraps (Doodlebug) and stamped a fun sentiment from The Greeting Farm - Tea-riffic clear stamps. Lastly I added a metallic leaf as an accent.

Happy National Coffee Day!

Hi, everybody!  I'm back again because it's National Coffee Day! Who knew?!  I've already shared a card today for the Fall Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop but I decided to share another one in honour of this special day!

I used a pre-coloured digital image from Limited Runs that I won last month (thank you, Nikki!). It's called Coffee Addicts #3 and I added Clear Wink of Stella to the top and then fussy-cut so I could pop it up with foam tape.

The bottom portion of the card is embossed with Darice Assorted Leaf Patterns. I added some patterned paper snippets from Echo Park and Doodlebug. I stamped a row of stitching (Kelly Panacci clear stamps) along the patterned paper and a fun sentiment from Your Next Stamp (Sprinkles - Coffee and Tea), both in Memento Espresso Truffle.

A strip of sparkly washi tape was added to the left edge. You know I love to have a kitty or other critter on my cards, so I added Memory Box Curious cat.  I think his curiosity is due to this giant coffee cup, hehe!  I finished off the card with some Impression Obsession die-cut oak leaves and a few sequins from Jillibean Soup.

I would also like to join the following challenges: Beccy's Place September AG UE; Fan-Tastic Tuesday Pets 2/4; Inspiration Destination AG UE; Limited Runs Customer Gallery UE; Mervi's Candy and Challenge 2015 Birthday 3/3; Not Just Cards AG UE;  PINspirational Inspiration Photo 2/5; QKR Stampede Dogs or Cats 2/3

Today I have an adorable hedgie with her coffee, which I coloured with watercolor markers, fussy-cut, and popped up with foam tape. This digi was a freebie at one point from By Miss Rach and I think this cutie is adorable!  She is having coffee on a bed of leaves from the dollar store. The kraft panel is embossed with Darice Assorted Leaf Pattern, and this was a leftover snippet from a previous project. I stamped a sentiment from Hero Arts Everyday Sayings vertically along a strip of brown polka-dot washi tape.  A few sequins from Jillibean Soup finish off the card.

The cute little Mouse with Coffee is from Super Sponsor Gerda Steiner Designs (this freebie is still available if you want to snag him - thank you, Gerda!). I coloured him with watercolour markers. I added foam tape and mounted him on a patterned square from an autumn pack and then added two other autumn squares on either side, then layered all on a snippet of patterned paper from Momenta.

I started the card by stamping a leaf background on a kraft notecard with Versamark ink.  The leaves are from Super Sponsor Newton's Nook - Fanciful Florals.  The stamped sentiment is from Super Sponsor Your Next Stamp - Sprinkles Coffee and Tea, and I added a die-cut word from Simon Says Stamp - Sending. I finished off the card with some twine tied in a bow, a silver leaf charm, and several brown gems.

Today I'm sharing a card I made using stamps from Your Next Stamp. The adorable bunny in the cup is from Sprinkles - Coffee and Tea, and I coloured it with watercolour markers, added Clear Wink of Stella to his tail, and die cut using the coordinating die. Then I layered it onto a pierced vellum circle, die cut with My Creative Time Bunch of Fun Circles.

I stamped a fall-themed background on kraft cardstock using stamps from Your Next Stamp - Hot Stuff MugsKelly Purkey - Fall Favorites, and There She Goes Clear Stamps - Treemendous.  The inks were Memento Espresso Truffle, Memento Potter's Clay, Versafine Sepia, and Brilliance Pearlescent Rust. I die-cut a border with Spellbinders Scalloped Borders 2 and layered it onto brown cardstock cut with the same border and then onto a white notecard.

I added a strip of glittery washi tape along the top and tied some American Crafts twine. I stamped a sentiment from Your Next Stamp - Hot Stuff Mugs and added some tiny gems.

I won this adorable stamp set in the Summer Coffee Lovers' Blog Hop from super sponsor Your Next Stamp (thank you, Karen!).  It's called Sprinkles - Coffee and Tea

I coloured the image with watercolour markers and added a design on the coffee cup with a white gel pen. I used the coordinating die for this image so I could pop it up with foam tape. The sentiment is from the same stamp set.

The coffee bean background was created on kraft cardstock using a stencil and Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink. The patterned paper strips are from Doodlebug and Echo Park, and I added a few sequins from Jillibean Soup and some Impression Obsession Oak Leaf die-cuts. I rounded the upper-righthand corner.
